What a superbly built model, as Wolle says it should have minimal touching up. Is it a smoker?

It was called "The Tales of Para Handy", and the boat was called "the Vital Spark", of which I have a 2 channel rc model that is only 6" long and a lovely sailer in a smooth water area 🤗
