I started this interesting build in January 2020 and it kept me busy during the horrendous Covid epidemic time.
I have produced a reasonably comprehensive Build Blog on this site which might encourage other sailing enthusiasts to have a go at this build.

Sorry no video, the sail control on Nimbus is very simple, well on mine it is. The winch a PJS 20 controls both the main and the foresail using a continuous loop under the deck which allows adjustable sheet lengths to control the sail. I am sure this can be made a more sophisticated process but it works for me. There are of course many very informative U Tube available on line.

Yes, it's exactly as you say.
Most likely, we modelers have been able to deal with covid19 better than others. Do you have photos or videos of the sail control system of this interesting project?
