Hooligan Free
Aquired as response to grandsons'Can't we have one like that' request on seeing other club members ' Hooligan boat'.
Cheap second hand commercial speed boat steered by shutting down port or starboard motors and only on/off on pretend transmitter.
Now modified with proper ESC, 2.4 radio with servo operated rudder and upgraded to take 8.4v NiCad.
Length: 30 inches_ Not yet sailed in modified form !

- BOATSHEDCapitánLooks like a nice mod on her. I have one but wasn't happy with it as it didn't have a very good radio range. But did go quite well in the radio range she had. That should be a lot better now you have done this to her. I gave my brother one that I got from a boot fair that cost me a £5er. He ripped out the insides and has fitted it with a small brushless motor and 2.4gh radio and it is not so much a hooligan but more of a total maniac. But good fun.

- Peter47Petty Officer 1ª claseUsed to class my self as Northerner (Manchester area), but realised awhile back when re-visiting Shopping centre near the Angel of the North, (I used to be a storeman Driver for a fridge company, covering from mid wales to Glasgow in the main), that to you I was a Southerner. Keep my eye out for your Coble, trying to convert a plastic model of a 1/35th scale italerI Vosper MTB to r/c, the kids got me at Christmas, got running gear together, but other things keep cropping up, but in no rush :-).

- skibooMaster Seamanalan the hull is fibre glass scale model of new venture moulded by bill wood for me she is same scale and design as my own fishing boat was built early 70s all the rest is totally scratch built from my original drawings glad you like it winch lights radar all wired up and working I hope to give it arun out on next sunday morning allgoing well will put some pictures on afterwards rgds r w angus

Lorraine B my first attempt Sein Netter the hull was bought from NPC Plastics Blackpool then scratch built, My second attempt Steam drifter Meldia hull from NPC and scratch built from Photos, Busy at the moment with a Northumbrian Coble.

IC 16M is a swedish 15.9m. Aluminum Coast Guard Boat driven by 2 800HP Jet'Drives. Max. Speed 50 Knots. Builder: Dockstavarvet.
Model constructed of all glued ABS 1.524mm (0.060") sheets. Deck details under construction.
Powered with two 28mm. Kehrer Jet Drives. 2 Swang Hobby 1200 KV brushless motors 2 90A Seaking ESC 5S / 18.5V - 25C -5000 maH LiPo Hyperion Battery.
Weight included 1 Bat 4300 gr.
Running at Mazenod Road Pond, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Oct 19th -2014

My sport boat Kika, see elsewhere on the site now has a friend! I've created a Skier (Chopped & Shaped Soldier figure ) put him on skis and got a passable attempt at model water ski-ing.
Doesn't much like going astern though!

Schnellboot s100
This was the 1-35 scale plastic model kit and converted to RC 3 props 2 working port and the starboard the centre is non running. Due to weight I used a 11.7 lipoly battery so it's fast but the running time is only about 20 30 mins
It won best in show in the navy boat section at our club due to the detail and the figures so can't be bad
