Hi Martin, none yet I'm afraid. I've posted this in a facebook group as well and a couple of members might have had videos of this being done as it was typically done every year at the event. I've yet to hear back from them.

Model Tugs Pushing Canal Boat Video Missing/Deleted

I haven't seen that video, but witnessed a group of 10 model tugs all about 4 feet long hauling a loaded coal barge on the grand Union canal near the Braunstone basin about 1976 it was a waterways gala event.
It worked out at about 10 tons per tug.
Maybe someone has pictures or video.

I agree with you last post.
I have noticed that there have been a couple of posts from new members and nobody has replied with any help.
I replied to one member with my distinct lack of knowledge on his request but I am sure there were more members who had more knowledge on his request than mine as it was not in my scale.
We don’t want them to think no one can help.

Model Tugs Pushing Canal Boat Video Missing/Deleted

Hello everyone, first post but I'm hoping someone can help. I've been trying to find this video but unfortunately it's been deleted from youtube. It had a fleet of around 10-15 model tugs pushing a canal boat round and docking it, I think it was at Ellesmere port and the photo is the only media I've found of it. By a slim chance does anyone else have footage of this, a copy of the video or know of a means to recover the video (already tried archive.org) please?
