Having looked at your download files I see you have collected some info re your chosen model. You will be aware that the Aerokits model depicted the last three Solents 48-0014 to 0016 which had the round water tight door, whereas your 48-006 had the sliding cabin door and vertical steering wheel.
One of your pictures is of my model so possibly you have more pics as I have shared with many other Solent builders. if you would like a copy of all the pics please send me a pm with your email address.
What particular advice are you seeking re the build?

Hi, I too have just started building a Solent Class lifeboat 1:12. I'm building 48-006 from the original Groves and Gutteridge plans that I have acquired. any advice would be welcome for the model build.
