Don't know about your side of the pond but in the UK they are available on eBay.

Bought them online a few years ago but cannot find where or when. They are 3 inches tall and most of the joints are moveable so you can pose them and also use them for still motion video.

I found the skeleton figures online, a few years ago. I don't remember if it was Amazon or Ebay.

Very nice models on your site! Can you steer me to where I may find the 3D print file online to make the "Skeleton Crew" members?

It's great to see people having creative fun with their builds.
So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.

Sunday, we had an outstanding (weather-wise) day for model boating! Temp around 78F/26C, wind varied between 0 to 3 MPH (mostly 0), with a clear blue sky.
I took a short video of Springer #3 with the skeleton krew smiling. Her is the link:
I'll have another one coming up, a good size tug, the "Imara" in a few days. It was built Howard, by another SSMBC member.
